Massive Vintage Rock Island 577 Vice on swivel base – made in the USA. A historic (and very large vice) for the serious collector or vintage workshop. This is the largest vice I have ever restored, estimate of 75kg! This is too big and awkward for a one man lift, vice does strip down to lessen the load. Its around 13 tall and 2 long. Jaws width 5 3/4 and open to 10 inch plus. Original swivel locking bar is missing has been replaced. Vice has been fully stripped and restored but shows the associated sign s of the life of a working vice. Still in excellent condition. Reluctant sale to fund the next project.
