Neway Valve seat cutter from Robison Harley-Davidson Dealership- this kit was used for MANY years inside of Robison Harley-Davidson race department machine shop. Does a great job the old fashion way – by hand! Unfortunately the case got wet one time and it wasnt cleaned off properly or fast enough and the surface area has some discoloring on most all the pieces. The hardness and consistency is in good condition and the parts that slide into the valve guide is still good and straight- tested on a granite tool table. The cutters are all Neway, I can not guarantee that all of the guides are but I think it was a kit so they should be all good quality items. Most of the size marking had been worn off. We didnt use them anyway we fit each guide for each job. Guide placement/ puller tool. Valve hand spinner on a hose. Case (broken at hinge) 2 pieces. All the items have some surface imperfections but the usage is still good and we used them as you see them for many years with no problems. Look at the pictures closely as they are part of the description and show the condition issues and discoloring and surface. Neway does not make this set anymore! Look at the pictures, this set is in excelent shape. 13 cutters with the kwik way sized pilot of 0.437″ 1.125″ to 2.5 valve size capable. What is seen is what is included. Less chance of it flexing using the thicker pilots. Two of the cutters have sleeves to use on smaller pilots but they can be pushed out and used with 0.437 pilots Look at the pictures with the numbers and sized. Here are the sizes: 3201 3270 3244 3602 3204 3213 3288 3622 3642 3652 3292 3662 3666 Adapter to use the t handle or s power drive unit (powered unit not included) only what’s in the pictures are included.
