This complete exhaust header fabrication system will take you from design to finished custom exhaust headers. The blocks snap together to model header primaries. Included with each block kit are both straight and curved blocks, which represent 1 inch arc length of tubing. Each block features arrows to help with orientation, helping to plan as few cuts as possible. Blocks easily snap together and come apart, allowing you to test a number of different design iterations and make adjustments as issues arise. This Full System kit includes enough blocks to model both sides of a V8 engine. All EH Series blocks are compatible and can be connected to simulate stepped headers. Next, the cutting jig and cut spacers will allow for cutting of pre-bent U- and J-bends with 2, 3, 4 and 6-inch Centerline radii. This will allow you to cut a metal recreation of the plastic block sections that comprise your exhaust system without the need to actually measure any angles. Use with an upright bandsaw for quick and accurate cuts. Finally, the included clamps allow welders to preview and adjust pieces before tack-welding them, allowing for more precise assembly. Once tack-welded, the clamps can be removed at the joint can be properly welded together.
