Please find our listing for this vintage tap & die set as originally made by Eventus. This item has evidently seen a lot of use in its day by its condition, both of the actual tools themselves and also the wooden box itself. It appears to contain the original BSF (British Standard Fine) set, which judging by the one empty tap slot, is complete except for the single tap. There are some problems with the box, these mainly being that one of the hook claps is missing, no key for the lock, and that at some time, it has been exposed to woodworm (nothing serious and in the time we have had it, which is about a year, no recent activity). This will look great as a period piece alongside either a classic car or motorbike display, either personal or in a museum type of setting, and has the added advantage that it may still be suitable to use (please check the wear before though). Due to its weight (approx 7 kg) and its size, we will need to post this using ParcelForce48, but the cost is included within our listing.
