Kelly Hand Made Made by Kelly Works right after the True Temper buyout in 1930. Has both True Temper and Kelly Axe and Tool Charleston WVA stamps on the back. Hung on a custom 32 Adirondack handle, partial octagon stopping about where the lower hand sits as they used to do it back in the day.
