Once you have your 1st board in place, you can set the Cladman up to enable a consistant lap from that board throughout your job. Using the overlap guide provided, set the required overlap by selecting the relevant roller position and adjusting the lower legs. This step is only required once throughout the job. To install boards, fix the Cladman to a baton using the top securing screw, installing the second Cladman unit in the same manner at a position relevant to the board length. Slide the boards into position on the roller guide. The boards are now held in place hands-free, allowing you to install with ease. If you require a small item to be left in a safe place in case you are not on site, we cannot accept any claims for Missing or Damaged goods. If you have not informed us that you are not on site, the courier will Card the address and MAY. At their discretion attempt redelivery at a different time, if this is a failed attempt, a redelivery charge will apply. ALL deliveries are Curb side ONLY. We do not operate crane assisted lorries, for this reason, we require people on site to help our driver unload (We can advise on how many people would be required). Heavier and larger orders may require a forklift or mechanical offload facilities on site, for this reason we may be unable to deliver some materials on our own transport if this is not an option. Deliveries must be signed for, after being counted and checked for damage, if anything is missing or damaged you need to make the driver aware and sign for these as missing or damaged and we will contact you on the drivers return. Larger Pallet courier deliveries may require a forklift on site and my refuse to allow Handball unload as per their companies policy. If the driver is on site longer than 30 Minutes, an additional surcharge can be applied by the courier company.
