This is a mystery tool, came from a diesel mechanics collection of tools. Its made by Sargent Industries Sweeney Division. There a couple of sets of numbers on it, 6068-50A and ST-1245A. This guy worked on all types of diesel engines, mostly Detroit and Cat, I believe this is probably a 70s or early 80s vintage tool. Let me know if you have any questions.
