A pneumatic scraper by snap on, a used item from a garage clearance, with marks scratches and superficial oxidisation, functioning fine, with a 3/4 scraper. To use this, it must be connected to the airline whilst upright and in any of the “ON” positions, it will then function absolutely fine in any speed and at any angle, if you connect it to an airline in the “OFF” position and try and turn it on, it wont start. It is as simple as a ball bearing starting in the correct position.
