There is a slight bit of rust on the tip of the ratchet. (A) = Item is brand new, still in original packaging or unwrapped but has never been used. (A) = Item is in an extremely good condition, could often be mistaken for a new tool! Potentially have a few minor swirls to the item or chrome etc. (B) = Item is in a very good condition, may show very minor signs of usage with swirls to the chrome etc and perhaps the odd mark here and there. (C) = Item is in a fair condition, starting to show signs of usage such as light scratches and marks and potentially very minor wear to the tool but still functions perfectly as it should.
